Registration Instructions
Please review the registration instructions before proceeding with your registration. A button directing to the registration page can be found at the end of this section.
Step 1
On the IEEE vTools Events page, click the "Register Now" button indicated here with an arrow.
Step 2
If you are an IEEE member, please sign in with your IEEE account. Otherwise, tick the box accepting the IEEE Privacy Policy and click the "Register as Guest" button.
By logging in to your IEEE account, the registration form is automatically filled with your personal information and IEEE membership number.
Step 3
Please fill this section with your personal information. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
Step 4
Choose your registration fee option.
To be eligible for the discounted IEEE member prices, please inform your IEEE member number in your personal information section.
Step 5
Please inform your current affiliation in the "Company Name" field. If you are a student at MUN, please write "Memorial University of Newfoundland" in this field.
This information will be used to print your identification tag for the event.
Step 6 GRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY
Please inform your supervisor's e-mail address.
Attention Graduate Students
Please inform your supervisor before proceeding with your registration.
Your supervisor will be contacted about the registration fee payment. If you do not provide your supervisor's email, you will have to pay the registration fee at the event to attend.
Step 7
Please inform your lunch menu preference.
Step 8
If you have mobility needs, specific dietary restrictions, or other issues, please describe them in the "Special Requests" field.
Step 9
Tick the box indicated by the #1 arrow to indicate that you have read and accept the IEEE Event Terms and Conditions.
If you would like to be contacted about IEEE membership opportunities or to participate in other IEEE activities, tick the box indicated by the #2 arrow.
Step 10
To complete your registration, please click the "Register and Pay Now" button if you are not a graduate student. You will be redirected to the PayPal secure checkout page to proceed with your payment.
Attention Graduate Students
If you filled your supervisor e-mail information as indicated in Step 6, please click "Register and Pay Later."
If not, please return to Step 6 and fill the “Supervisor Email” box with your supervisor email information.
Your supervisor will be contacted about the registration fee payment.
